FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS :
Q: Is This Legal?
A: Yes.
Facebook provides access to users to create ads via our personal ad accounts. You may allow others to help you in creating ads by adding them as an Admin to your fan pages. This is exactly what our advertisers do. If you have a fan page created already, they will start by getting likes for your pages. If you do not have a fan page, our Advertisers will create one for your and run ads from that page.
Each ad goes through vigorous inspection by Facebook before they approve it to run. We run ads according to Facebook policies.
Q: Will my personal information ever be accessed?
A: No. We never access your computer without your permission. You will never be asked for passwords or personal information.
Q: How will ads be paid?
A: When Advertisers go into your ad account to set up ads, they enter their company payment information, so it is the company that gets charged, not you.
Q: What if I see a balance owed on my ad account?
A: Facebook has a specific method they follow for ads that are active. They charge the payment method in increments on your account according to ad limits set within that account.
Increments may go as follows:
Ads run, and when they hit $25, Facebook charges the ad for payment. The ad remains active, and when the ad spend gets to another $25 balance, Facebook will charge the payment method connected to your account again to bring the balance back to $0.
Once ads are paid for continuously, Facebook may increase the ad spend limit, so you may see it build a balance to $75 $100, etc before they actually charge the payment method on file.
Q: What types of advertisements will be created on my account?
A: Advertisements are mostly for local businesses and organizations in your area. There will never be inappropriate ads placed on your account and all ads are kid and family friendly.
Ads placed will be travel, beauty, camping, outdoors, etc.
Q: Will my friends and family ever be spammed?
A: No. Advertisers are very experienced in placing ads, and ads will be driven to highly targeted customers that will drive traffic back to the business that is being promoted.
Q: Why do I need a Teamviewer ID and Password?
A: In order to setup the initial ad and create ad spend limits, it requires our team of experts to create it the right way, quickly and efficiently. You are watching what they do the entire time, and they will never ask for your passwords, or access your private information such as emails and documents.
